Hello,

My Name is Mr. Silas Grant, and I'm the Chief Operating Officer in the
Accounting Unit of Standard Bank of South Africa (SBSA). This message
might meet you in utmost surprise. However, it's just my urgent need
for a foreign partner that made me to contact you for this

An account was opened in my bank by one of my customers in the name of
MR. THOMAS BAHIA a Dutch National from Germany who was a

CR conseil de classe 2 des 4ème A

COMPTE-RENDU DU 2ème CONSEIL DE CLASSE DES 4èmeA

( 30 mars 2021)

Le conseil de classe s'est déroulé en présentiel et en distanciel en respectant les consignes sanitaires en vigueur.

Étaient présents :

- les professeurs de Français, Anglais, S.V.T., Physique-Chimie, Technologie, Mathématiques, Musique, Latin et Histoire-Géographie (professeur principal)

- les délégués des élèves,

- les déléguées des parents d'élèves,

- la principale adjointe

Le professeur principal parle d'une classe sympathique, agréable, aussi bien individuellement que collectivement. C'est une classe avec laquelle les professeurs prennent plaisir à travailler.

L'oral est dynamique dans la majorité des matières. Le travail personnel est plus régulier qu'au premier trimestre et plus approfondi dans la majorité des matières.

Il y a une très bonne tête de classe (7 à 8 élèves) ; 4 élèves sont en grande difficulté.

Les délégués des élèves remontent les difficultés rencontrées par certains en français (difficultés en orthographe et sévérité de la notation des dictées) et en mathématiques (notamment le temps imparti trop court des évaluations pour effectuer les exercices demandés).

La professeur de français est étonnée des remarques car lorsqu'elle a fait un point en classe, aucun élève ne lui a fait part de ces difficultés ; concernant la notation, elle rappelle qu'elle suit les consignes nationales. Lors d'un prochain cours, elle abordera ces thèmes avec les élèves afin d'éclaircir la situation.

Le professeur de mathématiques, lui aussi, fera le point avec les élèves en classe sur ces difficultés qui découlent certainement d'un manque de méthodologie.

Les délégués des élèves révèlent également que plusieurs élèves se sont plaints qu'un de leurs camarades tenait des propos racistes, sexistes et homophobes. La principale adjointe, ainsi que le professeur principal, ont rappelé qu'un tel comportement n'était pas admissible et non conforme avec le « vivre ensemble ». La principale adjointe a aussi indiqué qu'il fallait se rapprocher d'un adulte dès que ce type de comportement était constaté.

Un entretien avec l'élève en question est prévu.

Les déléguées des parents ont abordé les thèmes suivants, suite à la réception des questionnaires complétés par les parents :

• La bonne ambiance existant dans la classe, confirmée dans les retours des questionnaires ;

• Les conditions de travail en permanence perturbées par le bruit et le manque de place dans ces mêmes permanences ;

La principale adjointe nous indique que des efforts sont menés par les encadrants pour maintenir le calme dans les permanences ; il peut toutefois arriver que, ponctuellement, il y ait du bruit. Concernant le manque de place, elle a confirmé que les élèves passaient parfois l'heure de permanence dans la cour : cela s'explique par le nombre d'absence des professeurs (amplifié par les conditions sanitaires) et les locaux exigus.

• Les protocoles sanitaires apparaissent de plus en contraignants et certains élèves le vivent de moins en moins bien.

La principale adjointe a conscience de la lourdeur de ce protocole imposé par la condition sanitaire et salue le comportement des élèves et des professeurs qui portent bien le masque toute la journée.

Les déléguées des parents sont revenues sur la situation des 4 élèves en grande difficulté ; il nous a été confirmé par la principale adjointe et les professeurs présents qu'ils étaient accompagnés et suivis avec les familles afin de trouver des solutions.

Les déléguées des parents ont aussi abordé le thème du harcèlement subi via les réseaux sociaux qui avait fait l'objet d'une information sur Pronote.

La principale nous a rappelé qu'il fallait être très vigilants avec nos enfants sur ce qui se passait sur les réseaux sociaux. Elle a constaté une montée de l'agitation des élèves dû à la situation sanitaire et au manque d'activités. Cette situation n'est pas propre au collège mais a été également constaté dans les autres établissements scolaires.
